By accessing or using breaklineapparel.com (the "Site") and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
2. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.
4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Estimated production and shipping times are provided at checkout and are approximate, not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Because many items are made to order, we generally accept returns only for defective, damaged, or mis-printed items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Unworn, unused items in original condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery at our discretion - contact us to initiate a return. Shipping costs for non-defective returns may be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site - including the BREAKLINE name, logo, graphics, and product designs - is owned by BREAKLINE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BREAKLINE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.
