Shipping rates
Shipping is CA$9.95 for merchandise subtotals below CA$125. Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is CA$125 or more. The threshold is calculated after active sale pricing and before tax.
Where we ship
Checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in Canada and the United States. All customer-facing shipping charges are displayed before payment.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided after the order ships. Use the tracking link in your shipment confirmation for the latest carrier updates.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted. Include your order information and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Other returns
Unworn, unused items in their original condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery at our discretion. Contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping for non-defective items may be the customer’s responsibility.
